Hey ya’ll I am thinking that we need to have a meeting in the labs tonight. We need to discuss what to do about the ending of the game. I realize that this is pretty last minute, but better late than never.
I know that Julia is planning on spending most of the night in the labs, and I’m planning on doing the same. I say we meet tonight around 9pm. Hopefully by then I’ll have some pot sketches complete and we can talk about what else needs to get done.

Guh, added the new levels and everything broke. Will let you know when it gets fixed. I don’t think it was something you did, but there are issues all over the place now with collision checks and the game actually crashes and will not run.
[Update] So… there’s something crazy with your CSV files and there are issues all over the place but I can’t pinpoint what yet. Reverted back to the old ones. Also I feel terrible about pointing this out but the thickness of your background outlines is waaaay too thick. It’s all you can look at in the scene because it’s like 20x thicker than any outlines on the character or other assets.
Also, slightly related, we need an invisible wall on the far left and right of the screens on the split levels to avoid running off of the edge.

So the cutscenes don’t really mention anything about a rush to the surface before Hades takes your youth so I didn’t put the timer in. Basically the object you desire is following you and so is Hades. If you start walking towards Hades you die. So it’s supposed to read as running for your life with what you love… let me know what you think. This was a 3:30 am scramble for content and logic.
So split02 is having all kinds of wierd collision issues. Even though I’ve reset the dame file’s collision index and made sure it’s the correct index in the code, the player keeps trying to collide with the background (he should only collide with the ground) and causing all kinds of issues.
Will keep trying new things. Guh.
So I was going to go back into my photoshop files and add black outlines to them all, but since i’m working in photoshop and not illustrator the brush outline Eric has been using is not available. There’s a similarish one though. Even though it will look a little different, I was wondering if you guys thought I should still outline it or not?
EDIT: JUST KIDDING I’M GOING TO GO FOR IT NO MATTER WHAT YOU SAY BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Also just added but not in the latest build, in puzzle01 you can’t get the box stuck in a corner/wall anymore! It will slide back to where it’s pushable. Yay!
